Can I buy "User Keys" for my lockset directly from Distributor/Retailer?

We only provide keyblank of “Pairlock” directly to consumers; however, you would still need to take one of your "Control Keys" to a local hardware store, home center or locksmith where they can cut "User Keys". Please note that not every store will have the appropriate keyblanks available. Please call ahead.

My house will have interior decoration for 1 month, what should I suppose to do to secure my residential security after the decoration is done.

"You can give those decoration workers "User Keys" but "Control key" for your convenience during the decoration is proceeding. After the decoration is done, you can immediately reset the combination to your "Pairlock" and then get your new "User Keys" to make sure your house is safe.

One of my employee will quit next week, he used to keep all the "User Keys" for company. What should I suppose to do to secure my commercial security after his leaving.

After that employee's leaving, you can immediately reset the combination to your "Pairlock" and then go to cut your new "User Keys" to make sure your office is safe. And just remember never to hand any of your employees "ControlKey", or they wouldn't know who the boss is.

The combination system of "Pairlock" seems to be very simple, are you sure that there's no any security concern against its combination system?

Unique combination system of "Pairlock" can make different dials of lock but with same characters shown outside. Therefore, we can make bunches of different locksets by only change sequence of dials or change every setting. It dependshow much we need "Pairlock" to be safer and the same system works for sections of key as well. There should be no security concern, since we can surely manage the locksets well.

What's the difference between "Control Key" and "User Key"?

"User Key" is actually duplicate key with same combination as your own "Control Key". Therefore, "User Key" is subordinate to "Control Key" mainly at its function(non-resettable combination). Password combination on "User key" will not show up for sake of security concern.

I lost "Control Key(s)" for my lockset, what should I suppose to do to fix this issue?

If you still remember your own combination and serial number on the lock body of your "Pairlock", please go to our Distributor/Retailer to buy a brand new "Control Key" and change its default combination to your own one.

I've forgotten the combination to my "Pairlock", what should I suppose to do to fix this issue?

It's commonly not gonna happen, because the combination is right on your "Control Key". You would encounter this situation if and only if you lost all your "Control Keys". If so, please contact local locksmiths, hardware stores or home centers for possibly solving this issue.
